(e.g. canoe trips require a swim test): N/A</p><p>Access to the hotel pool will strictly be forbidden. Students will not be allowed to use the pool facilities while we are in Altanta, Georgia.</p><p>Students may attend nearby shopping and dining. Students are expected to check in every three hours with the advisor and will always be in minimum groups of three or more. There may be some unsupervised time in surrounding areas with teachers sitting at assigned stations so that, in case of emergency, students will know where to meet and get assistance. i.e. Convention Centre, local mall, supermarket…</p><p>Contingency Plan: Attach Form 511G for every high-care or overnight excursion.</p><p>1 Appendices are attached to the procedure document (PR.511 SCH: Excursions).
