Departmental Confirmation</p><p>Please ask the undergraduate chair of your department to send an email of support to Sarah Witol at [email protected]. The email should confirm that the department supports your application and would approve this course being offering in Summer 2017.</p><p>Submit this form via email in Word or PDF format to [email protected] by March 15, 2017.</p><p>Both the courses and instructors are evaluated for their suitability as part of the Summer Abroad program.
