SCOPE: Review Enlisted Promotions and Reductions is a 7-hour lesson. The purpose of this lesson is to examine the rules and procedures for Decentralized and Semi-Centralized promotions.</p><p>This lesson builds on previous studies of:</p><p>Coordinating Personnel Support. </p><p>Students will reach the following lesson outcomes through assigned readings, actively participating in class, and completing the practical exercise:</p><p> Identify Decentralized eligibility criteria for promotion Calculate promotion waivers Identify procedures for reduction in grade Identify Semi-Centralized eligibility criteria for promotion Review Semi-Centralized promotion documents</p><p>2. LEARNING OBJECTIVES: </p><p>This lesson supports TLO2, Deliver Essential Personnel Services.
