<p>2015</p><p>Dear Festival Designer,</p><p>Welcome to new Designers and THANK YOU to our Veteran Designers! We are excited to return as co-chairs for the Designer Committee and we’re looking forward to making this year’s Festival of Trees better than before. </p><p>This year’s theme for Festival is ‘Wrapped in Joy’. We will be returning to the Interstate Center in Bloomington, IL, from November 20th – 22nd. Please remember, the most important reason for the Festival is the CHILDREN of The Baby Fold, and your support is greatly appreciated. This year we celebrate our 22nd year of Festival of Trees.</p><p>Festival Designers will receive the following complementary tickets: 7’ Trees, 6 General Admission tickets; 4’ Trees and Tables, 3 General Admission tickets; Wreaths, Mantel Pieces, Centerpieces, Stockings and Other, 2 General Admission tickets. This year in an effort to better control costs, we will have a cap on the complementary tickets of 6 per designer or group. Each designer will still receive a blue Designer Ribbon that will allow unlimited general entry for that designer for the duration of the Festival.</p><p>Prize ribbons will be awarded in the following categories: In Trees; Best Christmas Story, Most Elegant Tree and Chairman’s Choice. In Tables; Best Table and Chairman’s Choice. In Wreaths, Centerpieces, and Other; Chairman’s Choice, Best Wreath, Best Centerpiece and Best Other. A ribbon will be placed with the winning items to go to the buyer; and a second ribbon will be presented to the designers at the Designer Reception.</p><p>Please check the website www.thebabyfold.org/festival of trees, regularly for updated information. To register online, please go to the website as above, select “Get Involved” and follow the instructions to complete the Designer Participation Form. New this year is the ability to fill out information for multiple items on the same form. Please get your registration in as early as possible; the deadline is Monday, November 11. This helps in our planning up to Festival.
