<p> Training Hike (Short Cut Canyon to West Fork) </p><p>Itinerary: March 28 (Saturday) 8:00 am Meet at Haskell Parking Lot 9:30 am Arrive at trailhead and hike down Sack lunch at campsite, Dinner at campsite</p><p>March 29 (Sunday) 7:00 am Breakfast and hike up Lunch at McDonalds 2:30 pm Arrive at Haskell (TBD) </p><p>Individual Equipments: Back pack, comfortable hiking shoes, sleeping bag, 2 quarts water, 10 essentials, rain gear, First aid Kid, Trail food (optional), Saturday sack lunch, Sunday lunch money (~ $10), Saturday Dinner (pair up by 2 scouts), Sunday breakfast. </p><p>NO Electronic Device (Game boy, I-pod, etc.) </p><p>Troop Equipments: Tent, Cook set, Stove, Fuel, Water Filter </p><p>Driving Direction: 605 FWY North ⇒ 5 FWY North ⇒ 2 FWY North. At the end of 2 FWY (intersection with 210 FWY), stay in the right lane and get off at Angeles Crest Highway (Route 2) immediately. Drive 19 miles from La Canada (5 Miles past Mt. Wilson cutoff, ¼ Mile past short cut picnic area).
