<p> RUNNING CLUB RACE PERMISSION SLIP – RETURN ASAP</p><p>Tuesday, January 31 & Tuesday, February 14</p><p>The race is at Tumbleweed Park starting at 3:45. Runners should arrive by 3:25 to receive nametags, warm-up & stretch. Parents must get their children to the race or arrange for a carpool. There is not a bus. The race is optional. Runners not attending the race will go directly home that day, as there is no running club practice on race day. There will be 200+ runners at the race from various schools. </p><p>Directions: Tumbleweed Park is located on Germann, west of McQueen. We will meet in the grassy area west of the Rec. Center (large building off Germann). Do not park in the parking lot directly south of the recreation center. There is parking on east of the Rec. Center, and on the west and south side of the park. </p><p>Please have your children use the restroom prior to arriving. The ride over is a great time for a light snack – fruit, granola bar, etc. Encourage your child to drink plenty of water the day before and during the day of the race. </p><p>Cut and return ASAP</p><p>This slip is good for our last two races. </p><p>My child ______has permission to participate in the running club race on Tuesday, January 31______and/or Tuesday, February 14______(mark one or both).
