Additionally, we expect our courses to utilize the standards and practices of Writing Across the Curriculum (WAC) requirements, generally defined as writing intensive course work in terms of formal essays, journals, assignments, formative assessments (mutliple drafts) and examinations (although these courses do not provide WAC credit).
