<p> 2018 CAMPSITE CONDITIONS</p><p>AR RIV AL AN D REGIS TR ATION</p><p>Public camping is on Victoria Park Southport, PR8 1RX (Camping Entrance Facing Eco Center The Esplanade)</p><p>Arrival Times; public campers will need to arrive between the following times.</p><p> Friday 15th June - 1000hrs – 2000hrs  Saturday 16th June - 0700hrs – 1000hrs</p><p>NB – In the interests of safety, campsite arrivals cannot be accommodated outside of these times, (except for pre arrangements with the Camping site Manager.)</p><p>Registration will be at the Campsite Control Centre, please have all documentation readily available to speed up the process.</p><p>Whilst on site, camping passes are required to be displayed in the windscreen of vehicles and outside of caravans, tents etc. at all times.</p><p>LE AVING THE S ITE</p><p>All campers and vehicles and belongings are required to have vacated the site by 1000hrs Monday 19th June in order that the site can returned to normal</p><p>DURING THE EVENT</p><p>Welfare: Campers and visitors are asked to be considerate towards their neighbour's and maintain noise levels to a minimum.</p><p>Generators must be switched off by 2230hrs.</p><p>Quiet time should be observed after 2300hrs</p><p>Pets should be under control at all times, dogs must be kept on leads whilst on site.</p><p>All litter should be placed into the bins provided.</p><p>Water, and chemical toilet disposal point will be provided, please respect them and leave them as you would like to find them.</p><p>A site security number will be provided to all campers on their arrival. Fire Safety: It is recognised that campsites need special care to help minimise the risk of fire.</p><p>Please observe the fire lanes and distances between pitches, they are there for your safety, the attendance of emergency vehicles and to reduce the potential for a fire to spread.</p><p>Appropriate fire points are established in the campsite, but campers are reminded that they should always consider their personal risk when camping and have their own appropriate, portable fire fighting equipment available within their caravan / tent.</p><p>Barbecues are only permitted if they are of a type manufactured and supplied for the purpose for which they are being used. Home made or adapted units are not acceptable. Care must be taken when using barbecues and they must not be used close to buildings, structures, tents or caravans etc.</p><p>Open fires and ground barbeques are prohibited within the confines of Victoria Park at all times.</p><p>Vehicle use at Victoria Park Owners / drivers are reminded the requirement to comply with road traffic law and regulations at all times.</p><p>Victoria Park is subject to a speed limit of 5 mph,</p><p>All roads are closed to vehicles between </p><p>10am, and 5.30pm Saturday & Sunday</p><p>Pedestrians are to be given priority at all times.</p><p>All movement of vehicles will be by designated routes only.</p><p>NB The use of unregistered quad bikes / mini motorcycles / powered scooters etc is prohibited at all times.</p><p>ANY PERSON IN CONTRAVENTION OF THE ABOVE RULES OR, FAILING TO ADHERE TO REQUESTS TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES WILL BE SUBJECT TO ANY NECESSARY APPROPRIATE ACTION AND MAY BE EVICTED FROM THE EVENT.</p>
