Apologies PG, JW and RG Apologise for absence.</p><p>2. Minutes The Minutes of the previous meeting, as circulated, were agreed and duly signed by the Chairman. Proposed by MC seconded by JR.</p><p>3. Matters Arising MC said he had been asked why MSDC is only cutting the football playing area and not the surrounding area. CT to check.</p><p>4. WSCC and MSDC Colin Trumble - District Councillor a) CT advised the council that devolution had gone quiet. b) Budgets have been reduced and savings have been made. More income from building so services have been maintained. c) National Park Initial Consultation is finished d) 2 traveller plots have been given planning permission in Clappers Lane e) MSDC plan to go to the secretary of state in April for adoption in September f) affordable housing definition has changed</p><p>5. Public Participation None</p><p>6. Cup engraving and bolts £41.15 29.1.16 39 Martin Brennan – Causeway mowing £30.00 29.1.16 Novatech PC – Clerk (Govt funded) £415.39 29.1.16 SE Water – Cemetery £24.99 TOTAL £661.53 Receipts for January and February 2016 21.1.16 A Harrison – Memorial plaque £50.00 TOTAL £50.00 7. Planning applications Dyke View The Street - Rear single storey extension. – Passed</p><p>8. Report on Safe pathway/traffic calming JR to organise separate party, it is too late for funding this year SM to help with quotes and separate bank account</p><p>9. Report on Operation Watershed Work all done and successful apart for Cora’s walk which Highways are doing when able.</p><p>10. Letterbox at roundabout CW to contact Post Office to see if it can be put back to where it was.</p><p>11. MSDC Garden Party nomination Caius Sheppard was nominated for all his “behind the scenes” work in the village</p><p>12. AGM and Parish Meeting MC advised that in the past 50 Sausage rolls and 50 cheese straws were provided. Also 6 bottles of red and 6 bottles of white wine and orange juice. The Royal Oak provided the glasses. Tony Steer from Bolney PC and Charley Cain from the National trust to be invited as guest speakers.</p><p>13. Bank authority change Authority signed again as bank messed up.</p><p>14. Cemetery charges To be discussed at a later meeting 15. Dates of next meetings 10th May 5th July 6th September November TBA</p><p>The Chairman thanked everyone for attending and closed the meeting at 8.15pm </p>
