<p> INDEPENDENT BUDDIES LLC </p><p>Agreement for Services</p><p>This Agreement is entered into on ______, 2011, between Independent Buddies, LLC (hereinafter "IB") and ______(hereinafter,"Client'). The parties agree as follows:</p><p>1. IB will walk dogs at a time specified by Client in increments of 15 minutes. The charge for the service will be $15 per 15 minutes.</p><p>2.If three or more walks are scheduled during any business calendar week (defined as Monday through Friday), the price of each walk will be discounted.</p><p>3. Unscheduled service calls on less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $5 service charge.</p><p>4. All prices outlined in paragraphs 1-3 above are subject to change upon oral notification.</p><p>5. IB shall treat all dogs in accordance with the highest standards of humane treatment.</p><p>6. Client assumes no liability for services provided by IB or its employees under this agreement.</p><p>7. In case of an emergency involving Client's dog, IB will contact Client as soon as possible.</p><p>8. To the extent IB and its employees have access to Client's home, IB will take reasonable care to make sure such premises are appropriately secured before and after services are provided.</p><p>9.
