Wedding Party Alda Dawkins Family MC 8:30pm Hotel Bridesmaids & friends head to the bridal suite for an evening of Bride and Bridesmaids fun </p><p>Wedding Prep 6:30am Hotel Bridesmaids & friends begin hair and makeup in bridal suite. Hotel Photographers arrive Groom & Groomsmen  Groomsmen go to Millennium Park for photos  Bride and Bridesmaids take photos in bridal suite Hotel All make-up and hair must be complete Bride & Bridesmaids Hotel Father of the bride arrives at bridal suite Father of the Bride Hotel Groom, groomsmen, & MC leave hotel and head to ceremony Limo Company Groom & Groomsmen Hotel Bride and Bridesmaids leave hotel and head to ceremony Limo Company Bride & Bridesmaids Ceremony Bridal Procession Family & Wedding Party walk down the aisle Family & Wedding Party Begins Page 1 of 2 Time Location Description Who? Cocktail Hour Local Park Bride and Groom to arrange transportation for the wedding Bride & Groom party to the park for photos. Limo driver to drop off bride and Wedding Party groom first and then make another trip to pick up parents. The Parents following individuals should go to the park: Round 1 Bride & Groom Wedding Party Round 2 Parents  Return o Parents to be escorted by Groomsmen to return receiption via two taxis. o Remaining Bridal Party to return via limo Reception Reception Location Introductions of Bride & Groom and bridal party Wedding Party</p><p>Family Reception After-Party Hotel Bridesmaids and Groomsmen assist with breakdown at Wedding Party restaurant and head to Suite to prepare for and greet family of the Bride and groom. Hotel Bridesmaids and Groomsmen have the remainder of the Wedding Party evening free!</p>
