The area of Dogliani is especially suited to Les Muses). A total of 23 acres are biodynamically farmed by the cultivation of the Dolcetto grape, and has been since family member, Paul de Noüe. The wine is produced and aged 1432. A full 70% of the estate vineyards are dedicated to in a fashion similar to the wines from Puligny-Montrachet Dolcetto, with the remaining planted to Barbera, Nebbiolo, for which the estate is famous.
