<p> Everyone,</p><p>This is the proposed weigh-in schedule for the upcoming season. It will be altered based upon actual team numbers per community and a final copy will be emailed to you prior to weigh-in. If you are not there when your time comes you will go to the end of the longest line. 2. We will run ahead if possible. If you show up on time and we are already past your community you will be able to immediately be weighed in following the team (not community) that is currently being weighed. 3. You must provide email a copy of your rosters to [email protected] the Friday prior to weigh-in by 8:00. They need to be prepared is Excel format (.xls) or in a format recognized by Microsoft Excel. a. Do not fear. You will be able to add/delete kids the day of the weigh-in. I just need to be able to ensure that there is proper formatting before Monday’s weigh-in. b. During weigh-in any additions will go to the end of your teams line regardless of jersey number. c. You must inform me if there are any deletes as we go. 4. You must also be prepared to provide your own typed copy of the roster as a back up to mine. 5. Rosters will be emailed back to you with-in two days a. As long as everyone follows the stated rules! 6. The actual certified copy (signed) will remain in my possession in case of challenges.</p><p>IF YOU DO NOT SUBMIT AN EMAILED COPY TO [email protected] BY FRIDAY @ 8:00 YOU WILL NOT BE WEIGHED-IN.
