<p>PTM Meeting – March 7, 2017</p><p>Roll Call Cami Hill, Lindy Lay, Crystal Grant, Michele Brunson, Beth Schafer, Jen Stagman, Jenn Conners, Kristy Enos </p><p>Treasurer’s Report - The School Store donated the liquid glue to the two Kindergarten classes</p><p>Box Tops Report - The Box Top/Penny Drive classroom competition – All Box Tops and pennies were collected from the classrooms on Monday. We have scheduled a get-together on Sunday, March 12th at 4:00 to count and package the Box Tops and will announce the classroom winners on Monday, March 13th. - We will not be collecting the Campbell’s Soup Labels for Education points any longer since the program is coming to an end in August. </p><p>Teacher Requests</p><p>Old Business - Feb 10th Community Dance. Feedback was good and the kids liked it. Donations covered expenses.</p><p>New Business - March 17th – Family Movie Night. We will vote that night between Moana and Trolls. We are in the big gym for this night and we will need to remember to block off the locker rooms and coordinate the lights. o We have small cans of soda leftover from the last movie night and the Booster Club also has 12oz cans that Pepsi donated previously. Kristy is going to see if the movie theater will donate a few big bags of their popcorn, if not we will use the popcorn machine in the concession stand. Michele has some candy to donate and we will need to get some more. Talked about portioning the candy ahead of time. - April 7th – Spaghetti Feed “Meatballs and Monkeybars”. Dinner from 6 to 8pm, playground fundraiser. o Groovz dancers are going to perform for entertainment. o Michele is going to approach the grocery stores to see if they will donate the food. Menu will be spaghetti with a gluten free option, salad, bread and dessert. Kristy will look for an actual monkey bar dessert. o $5 per person or $20 per family. o We will also have a 50/50 raffle for an additional fundraiser. o Early registration for the 5k Fun Run will be available. - 2nd Annual Run for the Rock 5k will be moved to May 20th with a social event on May 19th. o $20 for adults, $10 for students o Jenn called the Shirt Shop and they can make shirts for $4 to $4.25 per shirt with an order of 100. All PTM members have committed to line up one sponsor by the end of the month. Yellow shirts with blue lettering, sponsor logos on the back.
