For immediate distribution</p><p>Message: The 2011 W-2 and 1099R forms are standard SAP delivered IRS forms, divided into 4 quadrants -- each containing identical information. When reissuing a W-2 or 1099R form to an employee, the Notice to Employees will not be included as in years past. You will need to copy the Notice to Employee on the back of the reissued form. You will find the W-2 & 1099R Notices to Employees attached to this message. </p><p>We will post both Notices to the website as soon as possible (http://www.hr.wa.gov/payroll/HRMS/YearEnd/Pages/YearEndTroubleshoot.aspx). </p><p>Questions?
