<p> Information regarding the assessment and licensing of persons performing permanent bonds, and the certification of technological tests concerning permanent bonds </p><p>The experts and auditors trained at the EMI-TÜV Bayern Ltd., as member of the TÜV Süddeutschland Group of Enterprises, and appointed by the TÜV Bau und Betrieb GmbH, as a Notified Body are at your disposal for the assessment and certification of persons performing permanent bonds, and of technological tests concerning permanent bonds. The EMI-TÜV Bayern Ltd. detains an independent authorization for the certification of technological tests, on the basis of the appointment (designation) of the Ministry of Economy. The TÜV Süddeutschland Bau und Betrieb GmbH is an accredited, independent and recognized certification organization. </p><p>Accredited That is we are performing our activity within frames that are controlled and continuously accredited by the ZLS. Independent That is the TÜV Bau und Betrieb GmbH, as a Notified Body notified in Brussels, operates as an independent organization. Our auditors and experts are the employees of the company, thus we are able to assure their impartiality, independence and secrecy.</p><p>Recognized The TÜV trade mark is well-known not only among the domestic and foreign enterprises, but, for the users, the name “TÜV” is attached to the notions of security, quality and environment protection. Process of the certification: Order:</p><p>Please forward your order to us in written form, using the EV-001/HV-001 form. By signing the Order, you verify that you accept the elements listed in the Terms/Observations section of the Order, and you undertake to satisfy the conditions. We shall notify in written form the acceptance of your Order, and, in consequence, we register the Order. In case we cannot accept the order, we also let you know in written form about this, mentioning the cause of the rejecting. </p><p>Performance of the qualification/testing: </p><p>After a preliminary arrangement, the qualification (practical and theoretical) and the testing will be done on site by our appointed expert. By ordering the qualification/testing, the Commissioner undertakes the obligation to assure on site the machines, equipment, measuring devices, examination places, base, filling and auxiliary materials, and the appropriate instructions (WPS, BPS) necessary for the performing of the qualification/testing. In the case of non-fulfilment of these conditions, the expert performing the qualification/testing is authorized to interrupt the qualification/testing. The previously occurred costs will be invoiced. The persons performing the permanent bonds will have to prove their identity with official documents (e.g. identity cards), and their professional qualification and experience shall ascertain the positive outcome of the qualification/testing. </p><p>Issue of the Certification:</p><p>The results recorded by the expert will be assessed and evaluated by the certification organization. If all requirements are fulfilled, the appropriate Certification (certificate/WPAR, BPAR) will be issued. The area of validity and the period of validity conforms with the addressed standard and the regulations in force. In case the qualification/testing fails, then it can be repeated within 3 months. If the qualification/testing fails again, then we shall communicate in writing the causes and the reasons for this. After the appropriate further training of the person performing the permanent bond, the submission of a new Order will be possible. </p><p>Publicity:</p><p>The certifying organization shall keep records on the issued certifications. The fact of the certification can be made public in a listing form. </p><p>Obligation of reporting: </p><p>The Commissioner shall document all complaints concerning the certified product, as well as the corrective actions connected with it, and shall make all this information available for the certifying organization. </p><p>Procedure of appeal:</p><p>The Commissioner can submit a written appeal or complaint against the decision of the certifying organization within 4 weeks after the decision.
