<p>Naples Quilters Guild Stitches in Time Quilt Show 2016 February 26 and February 27, 2016</p><p>Dear Prospective Vendor,</p><p>We are extending our invitation to you to participate as a vendor in our ever popular annual quilt show. The 2016 Naples Quilters Guild show will continue to be held at the New Hope Ministries Church. We have had a lot of positive feedback returning to the Friday and Saturday show times. The venue at New Hope Ministries (7675 Davis Blvd.) has easy interstate access near exit 101, great parking, and lots of fabulous space! We have an active PR committee which is already planning new ways to promote our show. </p><p>The show dates, February 26 and February 27, are on a Friday and Saturday with vendor setup on Thursday, February 25. Details of setup, area hotels, map, etc. will be sent to you after we receive your deposit. The show hours are 9:00AM - 5:00PM on Friday and 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Saturday.</p><p>We also encourage vendors to host demos for attendees. We have classroom space available for demos.</p><p>Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’ and include two 8’ tables. A single booth is $325.00 and a double space (10’ x 20’) is $600.00. No drapes or piping are provided. Vendors are accepted on a first come first serve basis upon receipt of application and deposit.</p><p>If you are interested, please fill out the enclosed application and send it along with the deposit of 50%. There are no refunds unless Naples Quilters Guild cancels the event. (we never have) The church is a no-smoking facility. The church does have a complimentary WiFi connection.</p><p>We hope you decide to join us for a fabulous weekend in Naples and we welcome your application.
