Bid offers from only those bidders shall be entertained, who, along with their bid offers, shall provide sufficient proof of being authentic goods transporters/agents. </p><p>2. The Bids should be duly completed with signature and stamp of bidder on their letter head and addressed to Chairman CWHR alongwith Earnest Money/Pay Order amounting to 2.0% of the bid cost.</p><p>3. Bids should reach the Council by 10:30 am dated 21.12.2017 and shall be opened at 11:00 am on the same day in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.</p><p>4. The bidders will be responsible to supply the manhole cover from Council for Works & Housing Research, Karachi to Water & Sanitation Agency, Faisalabad. </p><p>5. Payment will be made on actual quantities/weight of manhole cover supplied. </p><p>6. All payments will be subject to government taxes as admissible at the time of placing work order.</p><p>7.
