Uploading a video</p><p>Internet Videos and the Classroom</p><p>Updated February 22, 2010 2 Updated February 22, 2010 3 Using YouTube Videos at School Our school districts policy prevents you from accessing YouTube at school, but you can download educational videos from the website at home and show them the next day. Here’s the short version how:  At home, go to www.youtube.com and locate the video that you want.  Copy the URL of that particular video.  Go to www.keepvid.com. In the blank, paste the URL of the YouTube video that you want.  Click the Download button at the end of the URL bar.  A choice of formats will appear. Right-click on the one you want and select Save As. Give the video a name that you’ll recognize and save it to your Desktop. Highlight and copy the URL for the video you want.</p><p>Paste the URL here and </p><p> click Download</p><p>SelectPaste thethe URLfile typehere youand want to download. Your click Download computer should be able to play a wmv, flv, or m4v file. So let’s go back to YouTube:</p><p> http://Youtube.com</p><p>Highlight and copy the URL for the video you want.</p><p>Paste the URL here and </p><p> click Download</p><p>Updated February 22, 2010 8 Paste the URL here and </p><p> click Download</p><p>Select the file type you want to download.</p><p>If you need to convert to another file type so that you can play it at school click on the Icon for the Converted you downloaded.
