<p>MEDIA RELEASE</p><p>September 5, 2016</p><p>SKYE RADLEY JOINS CONTANGO ASSET MANAGEMENT</p><p>Skye Radley has joined the team at Contango Asset Management, in the role of Compliance and Legal Officer. </p><p>Ms Radley, a financial services compliance specialist, arrives from Equity Trustees, where she was involved in the legal and compliance oversight of more than 200 managed investment schemes. </p><p>Ms Radley’s appointment adds a further level of compliance expertise to the growing Melbourne- based investment house, set to list on the ASX during September. </p><p>The listing follows a Management Buyout of the Company in June, involving Chief Investment Officer George Boubouras, and an investment vehicle led by James Packer. </p><p>Mr Boubouras said that Ms Radley’s appointment was an important step for the business, in keeping with its commitment to a high degree of regulatory scrutiny and compliance.</p><p>“This is an exciting time for Contango, for our partners, clients, shareholders and staff,” Mr Boubouras said. </p><p>“Skye’s appointment adds another exceptional level of experience to our team, and her expertise will help ensure we’re on the right path, as we look to grow the business into one of Australia’s pre- eminent fund managers.</p><p>Ms Radley said she was looking forward to the challenges ahead at Contango, as the business forged new ground and continued to grow. </p><p>“I’m really looking forward to playing an important role in such an exciting time for the business,” Ms Radley said.</p><p>“My experience in the managed investment schemes space, as well as broader corporate and commercial legal matters will stand me in good stead for the challenges ahead of us.”</p><p>“We’re a concentrated and highly expert team, and it’s a privilege to work with them.
