<p> Safety Meeting Minutes January-2007 01-24-2007</p><p>In Attendance: Mike Byer Theresa Young Bryan Dusza Sam Willis Robert Grinnell Butch Owens Kim Pereda Absences: Gary Geaslin Jay Rackel (Moved to night shift – will still complete assigned inspections) Meeting Issues: New maintenance person hired January 2007 (Michael Mokel) Accident Reports o No accidents in December 2006 o Schedule luncheons for departments o Scorecard 3.3 at year end . New Green score for 2007 is 3.0 - per Chuck we can achieve this goal Fire Extinguisher check list completed o Gary to pass duties on to new Maintenance person Company Inspections (minor infractions/issues) o Warehouse employees storing mop in front of breaker box . Sam Willis to check regularly . May need sign to remind employees not to do so o Storage racks for ReCon area still pending – Don Perry to order o Various areas with bulbs in need of replacement o Truck T746 inspection sticker due in February 2007 (Butch) o Trucks will be re-painted and given new decals . New black/red color scheme (required by Bob Gillikin) . Pending scheduling of painting and logo design o Respec area stacking filters very high . Possible hazard, but filters are light and shouldn’t hurt anyone if they fall. o Rack at top of stairwell (warehouse) has gaps that could be a hazard . Both sides of stairwell o Still pending installment of safety mirrors</p>
