Moores Ron Vaccaro</p><p>Chairman Kirk Michel called the meeting to order.</p><p>Roll call was as follows: </p><p>Commissioners Present: Bert Duvic, Robert Celestine, Dr. David Moores, Kirk Michel, Joseph Lipps and Ron Vaccaro</p><p>Commissioners Absent: Teddy Boone</p><p>Staff Present: Nahketah Bagby and Dominique Elzy</p><p>Staff Absent: Kelly McHugh and Julian Rodrigue</p><p>Zoning Case</p><p>1. CASE NO. 11-11-04ANNEX– A request for an annexation concerning, Home HB Bank, a foreclosed parcel (64,904 sq feet) at the corner of Fifth Street, Lady Bug and the unconstructed ROW of Fourth Street which is located off Hwy 190 in St. Tammany Parish Louisiana. The request is to annex the property into the City of Covington as CR (Regional Commercial).</p><p>Petitioner: Home HB Bank/Home Bancorp, Inc (Scott Sutton) Owners: Home HB Bank/Home Bancorp, Inc</p><p>Mr. Michel – led discussion concerning the request for an annexation for Home HB Bank, a foreclosed parcel (64,904 sq feet) at the corner of Fifth Street, Lady Bug and the unconstructed ROW of Fourth Street property to be annexed into the City of Covington as CR (Regional Commercial).</p><p>Mr. Celestine – made a motion to approve request for an annexation for Home HB Bank, a foreclosed parcel (64,904 sq feet) at the corner of Fifth Street, Lady Bug and the unconstructed ROW of Fourth Street property to be annexed into the City of Covington as CR (Regional Commercial).</p><p>Mr. Duvic – Second.</p><p>Roll Call was unanimous to approve request for property to be annexed into the City of Covington as CR (Regional Commercial). Absent: Teddy Boone 2. CASE NO. 11-10-02ANNEX– A request for an annexation for WHS, L.L.C., concerning the proposed Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market to be located at the intersection of North Highway 190 and North Second Street, St. Tammany Parish Louisiana. The request is to annex the property into the City of Covington as CR (Regional Commercial).</p><p>Petitioner: WHS, L.L.C. (Max Nathan, Jr.) Owners: WHS, L.L.C.</p><p>Mr. Michel – led discussion concerning the request for an annexation for WHS, L.L.C., the proposed Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, property to be annexed into the City of Covington as CR (Regional Commercial).</p><p>Mr. Duvic – made a motion to table request for an annexation for WHS, L.L.C., the proposed Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market property to be annexed into the City of Covington as CR (Regional Commercial).</p><p>Mr. Vaccaro – Second.</p><p>Roll Call was unanimous to table request for property to be annexed into the City of Covington as CR (Regional Commercial).
