<p> Position Announcement</p><p>UNDERGRADUATE STEM* EDUCATION/OUTREACH ASSISTANT Nebraska Center for Materials and Nanoscience University of Nebraska</p><p>As part of a multidisciplinary team of University of Nebraska faculty, students, and staff the Undergraduate Education Outreach Assistant will take part in a variety of education and outreach activities making basic presentations about STEM topics to K-12 students outside of the university, such as schools, museums, public events, shopping malls, and fairs. </p><p>The requirements for the position are: currently enrolled in a science/engineering undergraduate program; part of an underrepresented group (woman, minority, or disabled; energetic and enthusiastic). All necessary training will be provided as part of the program.
