Had the complete responsibility to source, procure and stock over 400 commodities to satisfy all 32 Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union, a Division of Space Coast Credit Union locations and over 1,800 charter companies though out Florida and the United States. Coordinated daily pick up and destruction of sensitive corporate documents, disks and cd’s from all department and branch locations in South and Central Florida. Responsible for the purchase, installation, and inventory of all corporate furniture and fixtures. </p><p>Installed furniture into 17 new branches, coordinated all form management requirements (includes stationery, envelopes, ATM supplies, office supplies, signage etc ) with off-site fulfillment warehouse. Ensured that new branch is prepared and ready for business prior to scheduled opening. Approved daily request for office supplies and ordered all corporate business cards. Researched and identified the best sources of material in order to buy at the lowest cost (considering volume levels) without sacrifice in service and quality. Issued monthly reports to department and branch managers itemizing cost of forms, office supplies and various items requested by their areas to ensure budget parameters. Reviewed and prepared payment of all invoices for supplies, UPS and FedEx shipments made from the forms warehouse. Issued all request for quotations, negotiated and issued awards for contracts. Assisted Human Resources with Workmen’s Compensation cases with regard to ergonomic issues. Assisted employees with ergonomically correct seating, surfaces and writing instruments.
