<p>MUHL 3310:</p><p>1. Have changes been made in the way instructors (faculty or graduate students) teaching your core courses in humanities are trained, oriented, or supervised? No changes since Fall 2011. Roger Landes, the IR since Fall 2009, continues to teach the course. Angela Mariani, originating course author, and Christopher Smith, Chair of Musicology, continue as consultants to the course as requested, regarding this class and the success of the students in each class. </p><p>2. Have changes been made in the base syllabus for your core courses in response to assessment results? During Summer 2012 Dr. Angela Mariani added the new core curriculum attributes for Creative Arts while retaining the existing TTU Visual and Performing Arts core attributes.</p><p>3. Have you adjusted the way the courses are assessed, the examinations, or the base content in the areas listed above in response to assessment results? While the base content has been retained with some revisions, with assignments, exams, and assessments redesigned as needed to better capture the level of performance on student learning outcomes. Consulting faculty and primary IR have informally discussed the initial impressions on a regular basis throughout the semester. Analysis of the success of assessments continues on an ad hoc basis, and reflects the analysis we have done each semester.</p><p>4. Have you made any changes in the way content is delivered such as adding on-line modules, improving classroom technology, using on-line quizzes or exams, making lectures available to students on-line, or flipping the classroom? No changes since Fall 2011.</p><p>5. Have you made any changes in how students are provided with help to improve their comprehension of the material such as on- line tutoring, face-to-face or group help sessions, etc. No changes since Fall 2011. Written instructions and guidelines for assignments are continually revised and these revisions are accessible to students. IR maintained email communication with students. </p>
