Students will understand that genuine respect requires that we all have a moral obligation to honor the essential worth and dignity of the individual, including oneself. We have a responsibility to be the best we can be in all situations.</p><p>OPEN YOUR JOURNAL AND COPY THE DEFINITION OF RESPECT. DIRECTIONS: 1. TURN THIS PAPER OVER. 2. DESCRIBE THIS SHEET OF PAPER IN YOUR JOURNAL (CLEAN, UNBLEMISHED, ETC). 3. CRUMPLE THIS PAPER, STOMP ON IT, MESS IT UP, EVERYTHING EXCEPT RIP IT OR THROW IT. 4. UNFOLD THE PAPER, SMOOTH IT OUT AND TRY TO GET IT BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE. 5. DESCRIBE THE SHEET OF PAPER NOW IN YOUR JOURNAL. 6. APOLOGIZE TO THE SHEET OF PAPER AND ADMIT ALL THE THINGS YOU DID TO IT AND TELL IT THAT YOU WERE SORRY FOR WHAT YOU DID. 7. IN YOUR JOURNAL REFLECT ON WHAT YOU DID AND WHAT HAPPENS TO PEOPLE WHEN THEY ARE BULLIED. 8. To recognize the importance of character education, school districts, charter schools, and Renaissance school projects are required to observe the week by providing age-appropriate instruction focusing on preventing HIB. "-FINANCIAL LITERACY REQUIRES THAT WE UNDERSTAND HOW TO RESPECT OURSELVES AND EACH OTHER.... ESPECIALLY DEALING WITH FINANCES.</p>
