Connective Tissue Quiz Answers

Connective Tissue Quiz – Answers

We had a number of discussions over a particular question which was pulled from a study book, and quite frankly I don’t like it. Here are answers and explanations

Muscle – NOT a connective tissue

Fat question is the problem and I discuss this at the end

Elastic cartilage is ALWAYS associated with a perichondrium

Reticular fibers are shown

Chondrogenic layer – Note capsules and cell nests, so we have cartilage and not bone

Now the fat question:- White fat is not less dense than brown fat.
