<p>Dear ,</p><p>I would like to attend PeopleSoft RECONNECT, July 18-20, 2017. I am confident that attending this conference will benefit how I perform my job, as the knowledge I will gain aligns directly to the priorities of our team <insert your priorities here>. Many of the presentations offer time- and money- saving solutions for our product and I’ll be able to hear success stories from other users like me!</p><p>In three days, I’ll have access to:  150+ deep-dive sessions selected by a PeopleSoft customer content committee.  An estimated 400+ PeopleSoft peers from more than 150 companies to network and share ideas/best practices with.  Special Interest Group meetings and roundtable discussions</p><p>Because my attendance at this conference will enable me to have a better understanding of our product, I am seeking approval for the registration fee and travel expenses. </p><p>The following registration rates are available:</p><p>Option A: Register by June 21, 2017, and Quest members receive the early bird rate of $840. I also plan to build new business relationships and share best practices with other attendees working on the same priorities through networking opportunities and Special Interest Group meetings. In addition to the Exhibitor Showcase and product demonstrations, I plan on scheduling private vendor briefings onsite with <Vendor A, Vendor B, Vendor C>.</p><p>Other staff members in our organization will benefit as well, as I will meet with the team when I return and circulate a detailed and actionable conference report.
