Thoughts on 2015  Draft Leagues had low attendance  Survey Results – Nick has them available  Lighted fields for Fall 2016  People enjoyed the party/picnic  Some captaining issues</p><p>Winter Tournament + League 2015  What day of the week should winter league be held? Time of day? Number of teams?  Likely 4:1 (Seval suggestion: allow different gender ratio for a set amount of time in game)  Tentative rules (Nick has document)</p><p>Youth  How do we reach out to youth?  Majority of board would like to focus on youth outreach and programming  Is there any legal requirements for adults interacting with youth in these settings (i.e. background checks, clearances, etc.)  Schedule a single day event to gauge interest in the spring  How would we handle insurance for this?  Youth programming will cost the league money but that is expected  For single event we will need to provide insurance, fields, and food</p><p>Fields  Goal is lighted fields for Fall 2016 o Bethlehem Township fields available Friday nights o Check if later time slots are available on other weekdays  New Emmaus sports complex opening in 2016</p><p>Nonprofit Status – Nick is working on writing bylaws LVU Policies  Refund, volunteer and reimbursement policy – posted on website  Age limit for LVU adult leagues – 15+?  Disciplinary Policy o 3 strikes? o Temporarily not allowed to participate in league functions o Need to define unacceptable behaviors</p><p>Write a Captain’s Manual</p><p>Outreach  Opportunities o Run Lehigh Valley 10k o LV Sports Clubs  Come up with volunteer opportunities  Maintain discounted registration for high schoolers</p><p>Awards, etc.  Everyone thinks the BICE trophy is cool  Should there be a prize for winning other leagues?  Bobby has done a great job with MVP for BICE.
