Payment: Checks should be made payable to MRD and mailed to MRD PO Box 1455 Mooresville, NC 28115. In person payments can be made Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5pm at the Mooresville Recreation Department offices at 418 Carpenter Ave in Mooresville. Call 704-663-7026 with any questions.</p><p>Review the 2017 Market Guidelines thoroughly before applying.
