<p>Christmas Nursery Newsletter</p><p>Christmas Activity Days</p><p>Christmas is approaching and at the nursery we going to be busy with lots of festive activities.</p><p>We have several activity days to invite you to, so come along and join in with some Christmas creative activities with your children.</p><p>Monday 10th December 2-3years (poppy room) Christmas activity day sessions run from 10.15am- 11.15am and 2.15pm-3.15pm</p><p>Tuesday 11th December 3-5 Years (Sunflower Room) Christmas activity day sessions run from 10.15am-11.15am and 2.15pm-3.15pm</p><p>Tuesday 11th December under two years (Buttercup and Daisy Rooms) Christmas activity day sessions run from 10.15am-11.1am and 2.15am-3.15pm</p><p>Christmas Party and Visit form Father Christmas </p><p>If your child does not attend on this day, they are welcome to come to the party 11.30 -2.00pm.</p><p>Christmas Sing-a-Long & Christmas Lunch</p><p>On Thursday 13th December Children who attend that day will be singing a selection of Christmas songs from 2.15pm-2.45pm, so please come and join us for a festive sing-a-long and a mince pie. Attached is a song sheet for you to practise the songs with your child. Followed by the Carol Service at Peters Church at 3.15pm for you and your child to attend.</p><p>Illness Policy</p><p>Can we remind all parents to read the illness policy (which is attached) and to be aware of the exclusion periods for illnesses and medication.</p><p>Clothing</p><p>Can all hats, scarves, gloves and coats be clearly labelled with your child’s name, if they are not labelled the nursery cannot take responsibly for items which become mixed up. </p><p>If you require information on your child’s day at nursery e.g. sleep time, meals or any other information please ask a member of staff. This information is recorded daily so please feel free to ask or to look at the daily activities planning in each room. Menus are also located in the foyer and in the dining area.</p><p>Nursery will close on Friday 21 st December and re-open on Monday 14 th January.</p><p>If your child is to start back after the 14th of January can you please inform the nursery by Tuesday 4th December as this will have an impact on your January invoice.</p><p>Have a Happy Christmas and New Year from all the Nursery Staff</p>
