<p> Report No. 34/15</p><p>CHALFONT ST GILES PARISH COUNCIL</p><p>A meeting of the Planning Committee was held on Wednesday 26 August 2015 in the Gardens Association Hall, School Lane at 8.00 p.m.</p><p>Present : Cllr D Bray ( Chairman ) Cllr J Chamberlain, Cllr R Massey and the Clerk.</p><p>Public Forum None. </p><p>1. Minutes of the meeting held on 8 July were signed as a true record. </p><p>2. Matters arising from the Minutes : None. </p><p>3. Apologies for absence : Apologies from Cllr J Lomax. </p><p>4. Correspondence : </p><p>5.1 CH/2014/2293/FA Long Field House Bowstridge Lane Part two storey part single storey side/rear extension, rear dormer, single storey front extension. Appeal Allowed.</p><p>5.2 Formal Notice of Tree Preservation Order no.4 of 2015 Land at Sandlewood, 5 Deanway, Chalfont St Giles, HP8 4JH</p><p>6. Planning applications - </p><p>CH/2015/1393/FA Mulberry Cottage & Pleasant Amendment to design of plots 2 and 3 under planning permission View, Vache Lane CH/2014/1899/FA The Parish objects to this application. There is misinformation on the application regarding trees at the property. There would be a lack of privacy if the trees were removed.</p><p>CH/2015/1408/FA Kingswood, Puers Lane, Jordans, Two storey side rear extension No objections.</p><p>CH/2015/1446/FA Chalfont House, High Street, Change of use of first floor from commercial A2 to C3 residential, minor internal and fenestration refurbishment No objections.</p><p>CH/2015/1447/FA Chalfont House, High Street Change of use of first floor from commercial A2 to C3 residential, minor internal and fenestration refurbishment No objections.</p><p>CH/2015/1459/FA Wymbra, 11 The Lagger, Single storey side rear extension, single storey front extension, extension to entrance porch The Parish has no objection to this application. However application CH/2015/1458/SA is for the same property under the rules for permitted development and has the same decision date as CH/2015/4159/FA. Together these applications would mean overdevelopment of the site and together we would object.</p><p>CH/2015/1504/FA Ardencaple, 89 Bottrells Lane Roof alterations rear and side to extend first floor accommodation new chimney single storey front extension fenestration alterations and hard landscaping to include a retaining wall No objections.</p><p>CH/2015/1506/FA Deep Dene Vache Lane Two storey side/rear extension, increased roof height and dormers to facilitate habitable accommodation in the roof space, fenestration alterations and detached double garage (amendments to Planning Permission CH/2015/0693/FA) The Parish objects to this application. This application is in contravention of application CH/2015/0693/FA which was approved but with a specification for obscure glass in the velux windows.</p><p>7.
