This site is a 63,598 square foot PAD at the Shoppes at Orange Grove, located at 3847 W. River Road at the southwest corner of Orange Grove and River Roads in the Town of Marana, Arizona. This will be the 7th location and Tucson's first location for Surf Thru Express Car wash, a Fresno, California based company. The chain plans to develop five of their high end express car washes in the Tucson area. They also have several express car washes under construction in Southern California.
