<p> Policy: SOP-HR2</p><p>Effective: 11/15</p><p>Page: 1 of 1</p><p>SECTION: Human Resources</p><p>SUBJECT: Clocking In/Out</p><p>Accurate recording of time worked is the responsibility of every exempt (salary) and non-exempt (hourly) associate in Scrubs & Beyond, Life Uniform and Uniform City stores.</p><p> Time worked is documented through Kronos.</p><p> Kronos is accessed via the Scrubslink on Internet Explorer on the store computer. Select Links and Kronos Login.</p><p> Once signed in to Kronos, select My Account/My Timesheet/My Current Timesheet. You will now be able to verify you are on the correct date and clock in/out.</p><p> o Associates should clock in at the start of a shift and clock out at the end of a shift.</p><p> o Associates should clock out/in for scheduled breaks.</p><p> o Associates should keep passwords confidential and only clock themselves in/out.</p><p>Under some circumstances, a clock in may have been missed or is not possible. This would include:</p><p> o Off site sales events</p><p> o Missing a punch</p><p> o Store computer issues </p><p>In this case, the associate should report the time worked to the store manager for input or use a mobile device to access Kronos at off site sales events when possible. Managers are required to report adjustments to their Regional Manager with explanation before the end of the pay period. Regionals will make manager Policy: SOP-HR2</p><p>Effective: 11/15</p><p>Page: 1 of 1</p><p>SECTION: Human Resources</p><p>SUBJECT: Clocking In/Out</p><p> adjustments and a manager should never manually adjust their own timecard.</p><p>In states where required, the manual timecard found on Scrubslink should be filled out and signed to support these changes.</p><p>Associates should never clock another associate in/out or ask another associate to do this. Clocking in/out from any device other than the store computer is only allowed when working off site. Missed punches are documented and should not become excessive (>20%). Violation of this policy is grounds for corrective action.</p>
