(SEE MAP ON BACK)</p><p>WHAT TO DO:  Be aware that DURING THE RACE TRAFFIC ON THE COURSE IS RESTRICTED TO EMERGENCY VEHICLES ONLY!  Come out and cheer the runners on at the times listed below.  Offer runners water or ice.  Offer runners a water stream to run through.  Make sure your pets are tied up or put inside during the race.
