<p> Federal Way Mod Soccer Club Monthly Meeting Thursday April 14, 2016 Called to order @ 7:19 pm</p><p>FWMSC Board Attendees Present: President Novella Fraser 2nd VP Jammie Hair Match & Events Coordinator Sharon Woodford Treasurer Heather Hamashima Equipment Coordinator Travis Joyce GU8/Uniform Coordinator Jaime Draeger FWFC President Joshua Cheatham FWFC DOC Fawzi Belal Match and Events Coordinator Alicia Morrow</p><p>FWFC DOC presentation  Fawzi introduction and overview on role in FWFC and how his role integrates with the MOD club</p><p>Meeting Minutes Approval  February minutes submitted. Motion to approve passed at 7:32pm. </p><p>Officers Reports:</p><p>Treasurer Report (Heather Hamashima)  Bank account balance  Field fund $5 per player  Buying new soccer balls for each player  No refs for U7 and U8 - will need to adjust fees for fall registration  Discussion about player fees/association/state/bonzi  Motion at 7:44 (second by Jammie) to raise fees to $50 for U6-U8. Motion tabled for further discussion by Heather.  Should we keep U6 at $45?  $32.80 for all random fees  $40 for association (1x per year)  Fundraising and Doxon pay for part  Motion to raise fees will be voted on via email by board </p><p>President’s Report (Novella Fraser)  Signed two-year Doxon contract for 15k for first year, 20k for second year. </p><p>FWFC DOC and FWFC President presentation</p><p> Money in budget for tech director  Will create U8/U9 teams for academy/tech training, 4 weeks in spring and 4 weeks n fall  Changes in coaching at the national level with emphasis on technical training  More coach trainings will happen  1 mod practice/1 tech training per week proposed (FWFC/MOD club alignment)  Mod kids will be trained by premier coaches, Mod coaches are invited to come and observe. All Mod teams come to one field at one time like a large academy.  Age group training 4 weeks in August - required</p><p>Match and Events Coordinator Report (Sharon Woodford) </p><p> Change title from "Match and Events Coordinator" to "Game Chair" because the new system will be in Bonzi and it is more about inputting data into the system and bonzi will schedule automatically.  Alicia Morrow will take over the position when Sharon leaves. She will be officially appointed at the next Mod meeting on May 9th. </p><p>Good of the Game/Final business:</p><p> Daniele will be appointed as the boys registrar at the next meeting.  No Mod meeting in June.  Balls are still missing from the container.  Novella is ordering FWMSC sweatshirts to sell at registration events.
