Entrant must meet the age requirement during the year of the tournament. If oversubscribed, members 80 years old and above are automatically accepted. Players whose birth date qualifies them for two tournaments will choose between the applicable tournaments but may not play both. No single entries.  Size of field – 112 players (56 teams), 2 courses, one each day.  Flight by USGA handicap index of team.  If partners have a difference of more than eight strokes, an additional 10% reduction will be applied to both of their course handicaps.  Accepted players will be emailed a tournament packet consisting of an acceptance letter, Tournament Bulletin, players list and a menu/hotel list.  Inclement weather – tournament will not be canceled unless there is evidence of lightning. The host course management makes the decision to cancel the tournament, not WGANC.  Make sure markers are available in case of player cancellation. A team may not play alone.  If weather is threatening, the committee does not have the authority to reduce the number of holes of a stipulated round once play has commenced in that round. In case of inclement weather, however, any round not completed can be canceled and the tournament can be reduced to one 18- hole round. This is a committee decision. See Decisions 33-1/2.
