We are advertising for a replacement (as if anyone could!) next term, but will be saying goodbye to Mel in an Assembly on Thursday 15th December at 9.15am. Many of our children have enjoyed their time under Mel’s care in Pre-school over the years and we are sure that you would want to join us for a short time to show our appreciation.</p><p>Pantomime</p><p>The children greatly enjoyed their annual Pantomime of “Dick Whittington” on Tuesday afternoon. From scary rats to strange cooks and, of course, a resourceful cat, Rainbow theatre provided another memorable afternoon. A number of our children played their own parts in the play as well. Disco</p><p>Don’t forget our family disco tonight. Another opportunity to marvel at the energy and lunacy of Pete Daymon Johns and nearly remember dances you had hoped to forget!</p><p>Craft Fairs</p><p>Last Saturday the brass band – comprised of parents, past and present pupils – entertained visitors to the Craft Fair at the Village Hall. They were very well received and we thank Colin for his continued hard work to provide these opportunities for our children. The PTA were also there to sell a selection of Christmas Crafts and will be back in action tomorrow at the Knatchbull Victorian Craft Evening from 4.00-9.00pm.
