<p> HOA Board of Directors Meeting Minutes September 28, 2015</p><p>Agenda</p><p>1. Approve HOA Board of Directors Meeting Minutes from Summer 2015. Notes: Minutes were approved by Dawn Vermeesch (DV) and Joe Tortorea (JT)</p><p>2. Discuss Financial YTD: a. Any glaring Issues: Notes: No issues with the budget at this time.</p><p>3. Discuss Resident Issues: a. Resident had concerns regarding townhome multi colored decks. Notes: Letter sent to resident explaining board position on the multi colored decks</p><p>4. Out of Compliance Issues: Notes: No Issues at this time.</p><p>5. Sealing Kressview: a. Contractor contacted. Using the same contractor who sealed Bridgewater. b. Date to be set for October c. Notification to residents d. Cost to come from R&R Fund</p><p>Notes: JT to line up date with contractor. Cost is less than $2,000.00</p><p>6. Stonebridge proposed 3 year plan: a. Review</p><p>Notes: The three year plan will be reviewed at a later date in conjunction with the budget cycle. </p><p>7. Electric Issues along Stonebridge entrance: a. Address what the issues are. b. Get quotes to fix</p><p>Notes: JT to contact electricians we have used in the past and will gather quotes to determine the cost of upgrading the entrance lighting and the lighting on Stonebridge to LED . 8. Landscaping and Plowing Contract ends October 31, 2015. a. Begin gathering quotes b. Send out bid requests to at least 6-7 contractors. c. Award contract prior to the end of October.</p><p>Notes: DV and JS to gather quotes from established landscape contractors and will meet prior to the end of October to finalize bid process and award contract. </p><p>9. Discussion regarding Townhomes. a. Townhomes have been inexistence for 16 or so years. b. Painting Townhomes Trim – Do we want to put this out for further discussion with the TH Owners? Have all the townhomes painted at the same time. One- time assessment? c. Also a lot of the TH Pear Trees are in need of pruning. How should we address? </p><p>Notes: After much discussion and verification of bylaws, it was decided that each individual townhome owner is responsible for the maintenance of the exterior of their home along with the Pear Trees.</p>
