<p> BEARCAT GOOD CITIZENSHIP AWARD</p><p>WHAT: BEARCAT GOOD CITIZENSHIP AWARDS are given to recognize excellence of performance, service, character, and contribution demonstrated by those who serve Cairo-Jacksonville School District. Any district resident, employee (past or present), parents, student, business, or other group of Northeast R-IV School District is eligible to win.</p><p>HOW TO NOMINATE: Any employee or resident of Cairo or Jacksonville may nominate someone. Everyone is encouraged to provide as much information as possible about the person nominated, such as number of years of service in the district, variety of service, service above and beyond the call of duty without compensation and support of total district. Previous winners are not eligible for this award.</p><p>FORMS MAY BE PICKED UP AT SCHOOL OR ON OUR WEBSITE AT ner4bearcats.com.</p><p>WHO SELECTS: A screening committee selects the award winners from nominations submitted. Although the awards are backed by the school board, the board does not make the decision. Previous winners become members of the screening committee.</p><p>NO MORE THAN TWO AWARDS WILL BE GRANTED PER YEAR.</p><p>WHEN ANNOUNCED: The BEARCAT GOOD CITIZENSHIP AWARD(S) will be presented during the high school graduation ceremonies.</p><p>This is the 33rd year for the award.
