<p> ATTENTION FEDERAL AGENCIES</p><p> and</p><p>STATE AGENCIES FOR SURPLUS PROPERTY (SASP)</p><p>SELMA, AL</p><p>SPECIAL ON-SITE SCREENING OF </p><p>FREE TRAVEL TRAILERS </p><p>A special screening of travel trailers has been scheduled for September 27, 2011 starting at 8 am Central Time at Selma, AL. The units being made available may require some repairs. These units are free to Federal agencies and State Agencies for Surplus Property (SASP). Your only cost is the transportation from Selma, AL. </p><p>If you are unable to attend the screening, but would like travel trailers at Selma, please email your request with the lot numbers you want to [email protected] before September 23, 2011. An inventory list is available and will be posted on the link for the FEMA Special Screening on www.GSAXcess.gov. If the units are still available, your request will be honored at the conclusion of the Federal screening.</p><p>THESE TRAVEL TRAILERS CAN NOT BE USED FOR HOUSING.</p><p>DETAILS</p><p>You MUST RSVP attendance at the Special Screening by sending an email to [email protected], please include the number of travel trailers you hope to acquire.</p><p>INSPECTION AND FREEZING FOR FEDERAL AGENCIES </p><p>Date: September 27, 2011 Location: FEMA Staging Site Start Time: 8 am Central Time 661 Selfield Road Ending Time: 1 pm Central Time Selma, AL 36703</p><p>THE PROCESS FOR FEDERAL AGENCIES</p><p>Quantity Available: 361 Travel Trailers To Request: If you or your representative is present at the screening, requested items will be physically tagged (tags will be provided at screening) with your agency’s name, representative’s name, and phone number on the tag. If you can not be present, email your request with the lot numbers to [email protected] by September 23, 2011.</p><p>Paperwork: GSA will be on-site to approve all Standard Form 122s. If possible, agencies are encouraged to bring blank pre-approved 122s signed by their agency with them. A fax machine will be available on site for those agencies unable to bring a blank pre-approved 122. Federal agencies must also sign and include with the SF 122 the TT 122 certification statement posted on the www.GSAXcess.gov website link for this screening.</p><p>Removal: Agencies will have 15 days to remove the property. You MUST schedule an appointment with FEMA prior to showing up to remove your units.</p><p>THESE TRAILERS CAN NOT BE USED FOR HOUSING.</p><p>INSPECTION AND ALLOCATION FOR STATE AGENCIES FOR SURPLUS PROPERTY (SASPs)</p><p>Date: September 27, 2011 Location: FEMA Staging Site Inspection Time: 8 am CT 661 Selfield Road Allocations Start: Approximately 1pm CT Selma, AL 36703</p><p>The SASPs will inspect starting at 8am CT on September 27, 2011. Once the Federal agencies have finished, approximately 1pm CT, GSA will start allocating to the SASPs. If possible, allocations and paperwork will be completed on September 27, 2011. SASPs must include with their SF 123 the TT 123 certification statement posted on the www.GSAXcess.gov website link for this screening</p><p>All agencies will have 15 days to remove the property.
