<p> Agenda Minutes Rink Hockey Conference Call Wednesday, March 26, 2014 9:00pm EDT</p><p>Tom Hughes, Brian Moyer, Don Allen, Mark Brailey, Pat Ferguson, Jim Jost</p><p>Still had a horrible echo on the call. Everyone hung up and called back in. It improved a little, but sometimes we were almost unable to hear. </p><p>1. Treasurer’s Report:</p><p>$2175.22 as of 3/25/14 No Activity in March.</p><p>2. USARS Conference Call:</p><p>USARS announced it was cutting costs for National Championships held by disciplines that are not growing. Rink hockey is growing so it is not affected at this time.</p><p>3. Referee’s Application and Fees:</p><p>Application is finished by Mark. Don & Mark will finalize the application in Lubbock at </p><p> the April meet. Fees have been established. </p><p>4. Coach’s Program Update</p><p>Program is now available and the national office will handle the credentials.</p><p>5. Men’s “B” Championships Update</p><p>Last information was that Spring, Germany is trying to host in November/December.</p><p>Coaching staff is Pat and Brian. </p><p>6. Ladies World’s Tourcouring, France October 24-November 2:</p><p>Coaching staff is Tom & Don.</p><p>7. Men’s “A” World Championships:</p><p>No knew info. Host is France in June 2015. 8. National Equipment & Staff:</p><p>Irene Allen is the official Scorekeeper. Rebecca Guyer will be submitted to be another </p><p> compensated scorekeeper. They will be assisted by per game volunteers. </p><p>Jim Jost will get quotes for drop back netting. </p><p>Schedule will be arranged to get the kids games over by Friday afternoon. </p><p>Mark is to provide info on Spanish referee attending nationals. Tom is waiting for </p><p> response from Richard regarding expense coverage. Other National Referee’s are Mark </p><p>Brailey, Jim Jost, & Duane McMinn. </p><p>9. Face Book Page Update:</p><p>Don and Tom are working on it.</p><p>10. Honor’s Recipients Update:</p><p>Tom will submit the names and the Bios will be submitted ASAP. We still need Bio on </p><p> recipients. </p><p>11. Local Tournaments:</p><p>Tom will request that the national office send e-mails to send out reminding people of </p><p> tournaments requirements.</p><p>12.New Business: None</p><p>13.Next Conference Call: Sunday April 27.</p>
