<p>"Shake It" Dance - OASC Style</p><p>Once the music starts jog in place</p><p>AS soon as they start singing (I’ll take you home with me…):</p><p>You snap right handed for 16 counts</p><p>Then left hand goes behind your head and right hand does the sparkler (sort of like the sprinkler but spirit fingers) which starts at your left elbow and goes out for 8</p><p>Then switch and put your right hand behind your head and your left hand does the sparkler for 8</p><p>Then to the left punching bag/rolling your hands for 8 then to the right for 8</p><p>Then to the left by your knees with your fingers pointing down pump twice to the left, switch twice to the right, twice to the left, then again twice to the right (total of 8 counts)</p><p>Grapevine to the right, clap</p><p>Grapevine to the left, clap</p><p>Left kick and right arm goes up, right kick left arm goes up, Left kick and right arm goes up, right kick left arm goes up (total of 8 counts, 2 counts each side)</p><p>Then to the right you hop, elbows bent up then down to the right (hop 4 times to the right)</p><p>Then to the left you hop, elbows bend up vertically then down (4 times)</p><p>Then shimmy to the front for 4, shimmy to the right for 4, shimmy to the back for 4, shimmy to the left for 4</p><p>Then repeat all of the above</p><p>After the 2nd chorus: </p><p>Tai bo punch starting with your right hand for 16</p><p>John Travolta with your right hand for 4 then with your left hand for 4, right for 4 left for 4</p><p>Jump rope for 8</p><p>Then repeat chorus</p><p>Then go crazy!</p>
