<p>UNOFFICIAL COPY AS OF 04/05/18 00 REG. SESS. 00 RS BR 2816</p><p>A RESOLUTION honoring the Woodford County High School Boy's Wrestling team. WHEREAS, the Woodford County High School wrestling team has achieved winning records for the past ten years and subsequently dominated the sport of high school wrestling for the past eight years by winning state championships in 1993, and back-to-back championships in 1996-1997 and in 1999-2000; and WHEREAS, this great team is lead by Coaches Rusty Parks and Joe Carr who were recently voted as both the Coaches of the Year and as the Coaches of the Decade; and WHEREAS, this great team is led by three state champions: Michael Jackson, Ryan Leugers, and John Gentry, and also by state runner-up Ralph Lay; and WHEREAS, the hard work and dedication of this entire team consisting of: Chris Guillaume, Russell Williamson, Matthew Luckett, Jarvis Livingston, Eric Slugantz, Drew Conners, Kyle Leugers, Steven Knapp, Jamison Large, Justin Jones, John Adams, and Clint Edds has contributed to the success of this athletic program, and every member of this team is to be commended for his accomplishments; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: Section 1. That the House of Representatives recognizes the accomplishments of this outstanding state championship wrestling team and wishes each and every member of this team continued athletic and academic success in the future. Section 2. That the Clerk of the House of Representatives is directed to send sufficient copies of this Resolution to Coaches Rusty Parks and Joe Carter for distribution to team and staff members at Woodford County High School, 1800 Frankfort Street, Versailles, Kentucky 40383-1149.</p><p>Page 1 of 1 BR281600.100-2816</p>
