<p> SALE OF USED UNHCR VEHICLES</p><p>The representation of the United Nations high Commissioner for Refugees in Serbia is intending to sell three (3) old UNHCR vehicles listed below and located at:</p><p>Deus Port warehouse in Dobanovci (two Peugeot vehicles) Vasic Nissan service in Barajevo (one Nissan Patrol vehicle)</p><p>Sealed Bids, IN SERBIAN DINARS, in an envelope clearly marked “Offer for UNHCR vehicle - Ponuda za UNHCR vozilo", must be submitted to: UNHCR Belgrade Krunska 58 11000 Belgrade, Serbia "NOT TO BE OPENED BY REGISTRY”, by 12.00 CET on 25 February 2013. </p><p>Only the official OFFER (please see below) is acceptable; the OFFER should be with original hand-signature. The OFFER should identify the vehicle/make/model/year and price offered.. All bids received after the closing date given above will be rejected and returned to the bidder unopened.</p><p>Vehicle Inspection & Questions:</p><p>Two Peugeot vehicles will be available for physical inspection on Tuesday, 19 February from 10-12:00 at Deus Port warehouse, address 4. nova 7 street, Dobanovci. Nissan Patrol vehicle will be available for physical inspection on Wednesday, 20 February from 10-12:00 at Vasic Nissan service in Barajevo, address Svetosavska 11 street. The vehicle will go to the highest bidder. Upon notification, the successful bidder must pay within five (5) working days the full price in cash to UNHCR Serbia. Should the successful bidder fail to arrange payment within five (5) working days, the vehicle will be offered to the second highest bidder.</p><p>Successful bidder shall remove the vehicle from UNHCR warehouse within five (5) working days after the payment at his/her expense. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the sale. Payment of Registration Fees, Sales Tax and insurance or any other such cost shall be at the expense of the bidder. </p><p>UNHCR Belgrade reserves the right to reject any bid.</p><p>Important note: the available vehicle documentation including importation documents are listed in each vehicle offer sheet below. For some vehicles, UNHCR does not guarantee that the available documents will be sufficient for the relevant authorities for vehicle registration and for any duty/tax exemption.
