<p> California District 15 2016 ALL-STAR Tournament Information</p><p>June 06,2016 Managers and Coaches</p><p>Welcome to the 2016 Section 6 All Star Tournaments for Little League & Juniors. The tournament is hosted this year by: Calaveras National Will Grover, President San Andreas Fields 999 Park Dr San Andreas, CA</p><p>The Tournament Director will be: Jeanne Thompson, District Administrator, (209) 736-6949 or (209) 559-5812 cell</p><p>The Tournaments will begin on July 14, 2016 for the Juniors and July 16, 2016 for Little League. Please arrive 1 hour prior to your First game time and check-in with the Tournament Director. Be sure you have your medical releases, Tournament Affidavits, and League Boundary Map with all players marked on it.</p><p>Upon arrival, the umpires will inspect all equipment. All non-regulation equipment will be removed and stored at the check in table until the end of the game. 45 Minutes prior to game time, a coin toss between both managers will determine home or visitors. Home team will occupy the third base dugout. Visitors will occupy the first base side. You may place your equipment in your dugout after the coin toss, but do not go on the field prior to 30 minutes before game time. Pitcher warm-up …….. Only in warm-up area. Infield will start 30 minutes prior to start time for visitors and 20 minutes prior for home team. The last 10 minutes will be for final field preparation, Little League Pledge, and final Umpire meetings.</p><p>Manager, Coaches and Players</p><p>1. Sunflower seeds (or other food items) and gum are not allowed on the field. 2. Once the game begins, no spectators (includes parents) are allowed to talk to or distract the players, managers or coaches while they are in the dugout. Warning: This could be ejection from further participation in the game. 3. Players are to remain in the dugout when not on the playing field. You must ask the umpire for permission to leave for any reason. 4. Please clean all trash from your dugout and spectator area before leaving the field. 5. Managers remember to pickup your roster and be sure that the pitching record has been signed after each game. 6. Dress code for Managers and Coaches: Refer to Northern California Dress Code. 7. UN-sportsman like conduct will not be tolerated, profanity, throwing of equipment, Inciting of fans or opposing players. Umpires will make a judgement call and eject anyone in violation.</p><p>All Little League International Tournament rules will be enforced. LET PLAY BALL AND HAVE LOTS OF FUN.</p>
