Incentive collection  Assist Jacqui Mack-Harris (fellow coalition member) with finding donations of incentive items  Contacting vendors and asking for donations</p><p>2. Publicity  Logo creation - for coalition handouts and incentive items  Website design</p><p>3. Develop fall prevention resource list  Compile different types of fall prevention services that are already available in Orange County  Include balance/mobility, medical management, home modification resources  To be passed out to survey participants </p><p>4. Translation of surveys  Requested languages: Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese</p><p>5. On-site survey translator  For those organizations that have non-English speaking clients, act as translator during survey administration if participants have questions  Attend the survey training</p><p>6. Translator Coordinator  Determine and coordinate when and where translators are needed  Only for those organizations who do not have someone available who speaks the necessary language</p><p>7. Assemble packets  Week of Sept 25-29, specific day TBD  Help put together the packets to be passed out to the survey administers at training the next week</p><p>8. Data entry  Work with statistical consultant  Enter results of survey into SPSS  May possibly be from own office/home computer if able to download SPSS program </p><p>9. Other suggestions?</p>
