<p>Dear Parents of Project Arrow students:</p><p>Welcome to another great year as the parent of a Project Arrow student. Thank you for the opportunity to introduce the Indian Prairie Project Arrow PTA. Formed in 2009, IPPA PTA gives a unified voice to parents of PA students.
