We give credit to our customers only, not to your customers. However, we will always be happy to discuss account repayment terms with our customers in times of financial difficulty.  We reserve the right to decline acceptance of freight should the account become overdue.  Pandion Haulage Pty Ltd reserve the right at all times to suspend the cartage of freight or services on credit to the Customer, without having to give reason for its action to the Customer or its agent, and demand in full settlement of all transactions forthwith.  The Customer hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of this agreement.
