He/she is familiar with the Personal Data Protection Act (Wet op de privacy van persoonsdata) and the NVO and NIP professional codes of conduct, and will act in the spirit of these guidelines.</p><p>B. He/she undertakes not to transmit to third parties any information received in confidentiality at the institution or university during the research project. The same applies to information put at his/her disposal of which he/she can be expected to understand the confidential character. When consulting and possibly copying data from forms used in the project, he/she will take care that the individuals, institution and situations in question will remain completely anonymous. Unless different agreements have been made with the institution or the university, no photocopies will be made of original written material. Neither will he/she take this material outside the institution or the university, or to other locations than allocated by the institution or university. He/she will not allow third parties, among which parents, children, teachers and social workers, access to the research data unless with the written permission of the supervisor. Outside the research project/work placement, and after the research project/work placement has been concluded, he/she will not contact respondents, among whom parents, children, and teachers, without the permission of the supervisor. Neither will he/she distribute photographs or video material of respondents on for instance the social media, which will compromise the privacy and anonymity of the respondents.</p><p>D. Within the context of the degree programme he/she will not publish reports of the research results (thesis/research report/ paper) unless with written permission from the supervisor. At the discretion of the supervisor such a report may be marked ‘under embargo’. Even after the research period has concluded, or outside the context of the degree programme, he/she will not publish about the research project he/she was involved in without written permission from the supervisor. </p><p>E. He/she will not have the right of ownership, or co-ownership, of the data collected, all derivations of these data, and publications on these data. </p><p>F. He/she will, after conclusion of the research project or on the written instruction from the supervisor, immediately hand over all research data and electronic (data) files to the supervisor.
